Diana is the managing director of our family-based orthotic company. With a deep passion for helping others and years of leadership experience, she has been the driving force behind our mission to provide personalised, high-quality orthotic care. Her dedication to family values and patient well-being shapes everything we do.
Ryan – Commercial Director
Ryan, our commercial director, has been a key part of the company for over 10 years. With a strong focus on growth and client relationships, he plays a vital role in driving the business forward. His commitment to the family’s vision and hands-on experience make him an integral part of our team and a key contributor to the continued success of our orthotic services.
Richard – Administration Manager
Richard brings over 40 years of experience to his role as administration manager. He oversees all aspects of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With his extensive knowledge and attention to detail, Richard ensures our operations are efficient and well-organised, providing essential support to both our team and clients.
Billy – Factory Manager
Billy has been our factory manager since 2009 and brings over 40 years of experience in the modular footwear manufacturing industry. His expertise and leadership ensure the highest standards in production, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and innovation. Billy’s deep industry knowledge makes him a cornerstone of our manufacturing team.
Andy – CAD & Development Manager
Andy joined us in 2009 as an apprentice and has progressed to become the CAD and development manager. Now an expert in all CAD systems used within the company, Andy plays a key role in designing and refining our orthotic solutions. His passion for innovation, commitment to developing new projects, and dedication to mentoring staff make him an invaluable part of our team and future growth.
Kevin – Workshop Operations Manager
Kevin joined us in 2005, bringing over 30 years of experience in all areas of orthotics. His in-depth knowledge and forward-thinking approach led to the redevelopment of our insole department, where he successfully integrated the CAD system that is now a core part of our business. As workshop operations manager, Kevin ensures the seamless delivery of high-quality orthotic products while continuing to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
Steven – Modular Footwear Manager
Steven began his journey with us in 2004 as an apprentice technician and has since grown into the role of Modular Footwear Manager. His hands-on experience and dedication over the years have shaped his deep understanding of the craft. Steven’s progression within the company is a true reflection of our commitment to nurturing talent, and he now leads his team with skill, passion, and pride.
